1. The Service
AVWIKI provides information and discovery features related to adult video titles and performers, including ratings, reviews, community posts, user contributions, and personal lists. Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
2. Adults Only
AVWIKI is intended for adults only. Do not access or use the Service if you are below the age of majority where you live. Creating an account or accepting these Terms does not verify anyone’s age.
3. Accounts and Contributions
Keep your account credentials private and provide information you are entitled to submit. Reviews, profile details, comments, posts, and edits may be visible to other users. You remain responsible for what you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed for it.
You allow AVWIKI to store, display, and make submitted content available through the Service. This permission is limited to operating and presenting AVWIKI; it does not transfer ownership of your content.
4. Prohibited Use
Do not use the Service to submit or promote:
- Sexual content involving minors or anyone who cannot consent
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, or private identifying information
- Content that infringes another person’s rights or creates a safety risk
- Fraud, harassment, spam, malicious code, or attempts to disrupt the Service
5. Content and Availability
We may review reports and may remove content or limit access to features or accounts. The Service and its information may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived.
6. Updates and Contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Questions or reports can be sent to avwiki.cs@gmail.com.
